2. Start students on Fundamentals to insure students begin their journey with proper shoulder placement.
3. Introduce Basic first and then Russian Climbs- from "Lifted hang".
4. Place students on the "Knot" to learn leveraging & counterbalance.
3.Teach individual skills & then have students link them together in their groupings.
3. Teach transitions through the game, "Add On".
(One Student Performs a Skill & Then the Next Repeats the Skill & Adds a New One...)
4. Have them create their own sequences.
Fundamentals & Conditioning

Gentle stretch to begin and end training. From a hanging position rotate in a circular motion.




















Strength Building Rocking Tucks

Inverted Pull-Up- Retain hollowness in center. Bend elbows, do not release bottom.

Straddle Inversions

Conditioning Drills for Hipkey

This skill can be done as a progression to "Hip Catch" and can also be done from an unlocked Straddleback. The term Butterfly, in our curriculum, simply means to hold the tails while rolling up from a straddled or piked inversion.
